SIF holds its second in-person meeting of 2025 in Tirana, Albania

The UNDP Sustainable Insurance Forum (SIF) convened its second meeting of the year today, opened by its new Chair, Ms Fundi Tshazibana, Deputy Governor of the South African Reserve Bank (SARB).

On the side of the IAIS annual meeting, the session brought together supervisors and partners from across the global insurance community to review the proposed 2026–2027 strategy and align on priorities for SIF’s next phase of work.

The meeting also reflected on how 2026 will mark SIF’s 10-year anniversary, a milestone that will frame the Forum’s ambition and its next chapter of supervisory leadership on sustainability.
